I received my Ph.D. degree in Psychology in 2005 from the Department of Psychology, Carleton University in Ottawa. My major study area has been in the area of I/O Psychology, mostly, performance and individual characteristics related to jobs. I would be happy to collaborate with other scholars in the area.
