Her Teaching and Research Focus On Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship, Classroom Management, Higher Education, Social Capital. She Teaches Courses On Organization Theories, Systematic Analysis of Educational Systems, Advanced Research Methods in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resource Management in Educational Organizations.
