 Leila Moghtadaie Is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Educational Sciences in The Faculty of Education and Psychology at The University of Isfahan. She Obtained Her Ph.D. At The University of Isfahan in 2012 And Her Ma and Ba in The University of Toulouse, Le Mirail [France] In 2001-2007. Her Teaching and Research Focus On Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship, Classroom Management, Higher Education, Social Capital. She Teaches Courses On Organization Theories, Systematic Analysis of Educational Systems, Advanced Research Methods in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resource Management in Educational Organizations. She Published Numerous Articles in Iranian and International Journals.
